思い出さえ 帰らない

日本の中等教育について学びの機会を得たいと、7月1日から3週間関東学院中高でインターンシップを行っていたUCバークレー生からメッセージが届きました。
I came to Kanto Gakuin with the goals of "learning about Japanese education" and "conveying the wonderfulness of studying abroad." After my presentation, I had several opportunities to hear comments from students, such as "Your talk broadened my perspective!" and "I gained the courage to try new things!" One student, who was preparing for an English interview, told me, "Thanks to your English support, I was able to achieve my goal of studying abroad to Australia!" I was able to gain unique experiences, which also developed me as a person. Everyone was very friendly and close, creating a wonderful environment where I was always able to smile. The three weeks went by so quickly, and I wish I had more time to get to know everyone better. It was truly a great experience. Thank you very much.
中高生へのプレゼンもたくさんしていただき、留学相談にもいくつものっていただいたようです。関東生が皆とてもフレンドリーで、素敵な経験ができたと喜んでいました。
自身がミドル、ディプロマとバカロレアのプログラムで学んだことが、圧倒的に今大学での学びに生きていると彼女は語っていました。
日本の教育、がんばらないと。
週末、家の上空をずっとヘリコプターが旋回していました。また中華街で火事でもあったのかと思ったらそうでもなく、ハマスタで行われていたリンゴな人たちのショーを上空から撮影する機体だったようです。花火もたくさん上がってました。
